Next Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday Nov. 15th. 7:00pm—8:00pm

Bulk Trash Reminder ...

Bulk trash pick-up is scheduled for the week starting Nov. 26th, 2007.

That means that placing bulk trash pick-up in the alleyways begins Nov. 17th, 2007.

Placing bulk trash out prior to this date is a city violation and an eye-sore to our neighborhood!

Please help keep our neighborhood an enjoyable place to live!

Deny Hot Shot Liquor Licence ...

to Hot Shots!

It appears that HOT Shots is attempting to reapply for a new liquor license under the operating name of Maria's Neighborhood Bar and Grill.

We need you all to join us in the petition and cause to help revitalize our neighborhood by denying the liquor license.

We live in our neighborhood and have to deal with the problems this bar has historically brought into our homes.

Up-Coming Neighborhood Yard Sale ...

This Coming Weekend!

With the cooling weather are you thinking of holding a yard sale to get rid of those things clogging up your garage?

Well, mark Friday November 2nd—Sunday November 4th, 2007, on your calendars as the ideal time to place your items out for sale in your front yards!

The Avalon Neighborhood will be advertising a community yard sale in the Arizona Republic for that weekend.

There are NO charges for you to participate and what $’s you make from selling your items are yours!

So, please take advantage of the FREE advertising and start selling during the Neighborhood Yard Sale.
